I have had a magolo premium subscription for several years now. This was renewed on November 30 2021.

I have now received a new credit card. I wanted to change this info on the Mageo website, but apparently 28 euros will be charged again immediately!?!?

Will this be refunded automatically Or do I have to have the payment reversed myself?

Hi Kalann1,

As replied by email already, I have refunded the second payment you made when you attempted to update the card you have on record with us. As pointed out, this is not your mistake, there is simply no way currently to do that, I will fix asap.
