Hello,
The character is not marked private and I have used Magelo Sync so the equipment I've edited onto it can be verified.
However, although the character has the ranked icon by it on my characters screen, it does not appear in searches by class/server on the Ranking page. I thought maybe there is a delay, but it's been a week or so.
Based on what I read in other forum posts and responses, it should appear there, even if this isn't a premium account.
Any help or insight appreciated.

Hi Janzissa,
Only authentic profiles (and therefore premium members) are ranked. In the past it was possible with a toggle to include non authentic profiles but we removed this option.
