same problem.
I tried deleting Magelo, then reinstalling. No good
I deleted my eq log file. No good

Do we have a fix or update on how to work around this Patch not updating profile?
So far I deleted the app and installed a fresh copy.
I reinstalled java runtime.
Can't get this to work yet I see some profiles updated.
Any help out there?
