I realize there are several topics on this, and I searched, but just replied to the one that came up as the most relevant...
I can add to this. I just joined up and noticed the same thing. As for myself, I'm demonology, so there's a few buffs that are always on that are not being taken into account when the dmg is being calculated.
I'm not entirely sure this is Magelo's fault though, because since 3.0.2 I THINK (not sure, have to look real close) that right as the toon is logging out of the game, it's dropping all those buffs in-game, where previous to the patch, they would all have stayed on while logged out.
My theory is also being supported by the fact that my WoW Armory profile is showing none of my normal demonology buffs since 3.0.2 when it always did in the past.
Hope this helps! Given the date of the original post though, this may have been something going on pre-patch.
