Yes I know this has been said b4 but...How does this work? I clic on My characters on the <
left menu but i get bounced to the DL part for Magelo sync. and there is no other optn but to DL it. Help plz.

Hello and welcome to the Magelo boards, xB166ERx!
Yes, it is necessary to download, install and use Magelo Sync to 'Sync' your characters before you can use the various features to customize and improve your character and signature profiles. Once you have done that, you'll find it's a useful tool in its own right - quick access to the database while you play the game, a neat tool to check your item and bank inventory and more. The interface is also very easy and intuitive so you should have no problems using it.

Great well I'm still having the same issue. I have already DL the program and even paid for the membership. When I clic "my characters" to the left of this box im type'n in now it doesn't do anything. So I'm being a tard here but please help me out.

Once you have Magelo Sync downloaded, run World of Warcraft, then log into your character. Open up the Magelo Sync program (MageloSync.exe) and log in using your Magelo forum username and password. Click the "Sync Now" button once it becomes available and the character profile will now appear under the "My characters" section on the website.

Ok so that is what I have been doing and still nothing. I noticed on the pix from your website that there is a red box with a little guy in it next to the sword icon. I do not have this when it's sync'd. And I did exactly as you stated to do. Loaded everything up, sync'd and on the website under the community part is "my characters". When I clic'd that it takes me to the page that you orignally DL the magelo sync program. and doesnt have a link or such for anything but...the sync progrm. Sorry im have'n issues. Please help.
Oh yea and my java is up to date. So I guess it has something to do with the little red box with a stick man in it next to the sword?? Cause i dont have that. I have even dl'd the sync program again to make sure.

Ok, thank you for the clarification, xB166ERx.
Could you provide a screenshot of the Magelo Sync window after you have clicked the "Sync Now!" button please? It would be strange that the icon does not show. In addition, if you can hit Ctrl + Shift + L to open up the Magelo Sync log and copy + paste its contents here, it would help us out a lot in figuring out what happened.

I cant rembr how to take a screen shot sorry im goofy. But http://wow.magelo.com/characters.jspa is a link to what i see when i clic "My Characters".
Get it, sync it, view it. and then only offers to DL the program no other icons or such. And like I was say'n the box that pops up when i sync it doesnt have the little red box next to the yellow sword box. Dont know if that is imprtnt but anything to figure this out. Xpslly since i have spent money on it now =P

Hello again, xB166ERx.
I think I've found out the source of the problem.
It appears that you've logged into Magelo Sync using the Magelo account Poisonroze, instead of xB166ERx when you Sync'ed your characters. To see your characters, simply log into your Magelo account registered as Poisonroze and go to My characters.

You're most welcome, xB166ERx.
To obtain a background for your profile, simply go to My characters > Manage character > Customize > Profile, then choose "Browse Library" and select the background you like! Click "Save" to save the changes made.
To obtain a background for your signature, go to My characters > Manage character > Customize > Signature, hit "Edit", then "Browse Library" again to choose the background. Click "Save" to save the changes made.
