Damn I can't say this patch has been a painless one, it took almost 8 hours to complete the upgrade on our side... Echoes of Doom, ya that sounds right now 
So sorry guys for the downtime but the good news is that the website and Magelo Sync are working, there are still little glitches here and there but we will hunt them down very soon. We are also pleased to introduce our comment system to let you review and post feedback on pretty much everything we have in our database, so don't be shy, share your thoughts !
On Magelo Sync side, we also have a new feature – Auto-Sync !
This feature is toggled 'Off' by default. When activated, this new feature will automatically Sync your character upon log-in and when you log-off.

Thank you for patching it, but something seems a little off with the rendering for my character. My weapons and shoulders are way too large... and my characters eyes are orange, instead of green.

So, I have to reinstall Magello Sync, or does it update itself? I launched Magello Sync, but I see no update process starting...
Edit: Silly me, firgured it out. Sorry for being a noob.

i successfully refreshed my signature, but had a problem now: i saw my old (before patch) stats (R.Crit,RAP and etc.) on it. What i have to do to update them?

Hello Shoar.
It might be a cache issue, you can probably force it to update by editing your Signature in My characters > Manage character > Customize > Signature > Edit and saving the changes.

were already at patch 3.0.3 and with wotlk close i think there will be no updates till the release right?

We've got a lot planned, especially with the new features released in preparation for WoTLK as you have seen in-game. We'll keep you guys updated with the In-Development section.

I can't sync at the moment. It gives me "invalid item" and fails. As a result, any toon I attempt it with is no longer visible correctly for signatures, etc.
