Every time I start up magelosync 3 icons popup on my desktop and whatever i do to start up magelosync they popup is there a way i can stop this from happening?

What at the icons? If you're launching Sync from the website every time it's going to install it repeatedly which will put 1 Sync icon on your desktop, but you should not get 3 icons on your desktop every time you launch if you're running it from your PC.
