I go from My Characters=>Manager Character=>Customize and always get this message:
"Security error
Whoops ! An error occured while you were browsing this page, if it is the first time this problem occurs, try to reload this page from the left menu.
If the problem keeps occuring, go to the forums to get some help."
Well, the problem keeps occuring. I've tried on multiple machines and clearing my old files - nothing works.

We find the problem and it will be fixed with the upcoming patch today.
