Yeh some wannabe took my toons name, signed up on this and now I cant auto-upload my toon under my name. Awesome service.

It should be possible to Sync your toons to your Magelo account, provided it is on an official server. Someone else signing up a Magelo account using your character's name will not prevent your actual toons from being Sync'ed to your account.
Your Magelo account name is visible only in the Magelo forums - you can still display your character's profile signature in your forum signature to let others know who you are in the game.
