Hello and welcome to the Magelo boards, Frostdecoy!
It's most likely a bug with the 3D engine - it might have been confused since the initial toon was registered as male. I'll check with our team on this matter and see if it's one of the things we can add to the next update to our 3D engine.

tryed delete my character in character section and sync again, but he don't have effect I think wee have chance to fix it in next patch xD

I hate to be the partypooper, but we still don't have an ETA on when the 3D engine fixes are coming. The numerous issues we have with it is something that will take yet another overhaul on the buggy little thing  so it might take a large patch to get that fixed.

Same error here, it's an issue that our team will have to take a long time to fix as that requires an entire overhaul of the 3D engine.

Good news / bad news
I've been affected by the same problem for some time and so I did some research ...
It appears that it stopped working for me right after I receaived my warlock T7 shoulders with the "plague smoke" ... I wondered if it could be that effect that would cause my character 3D to be corrupted, so I removed my shoulders and resync my char .. and miracle my face and 3D model reappeared. Reequipped then, resynced and hop I disappeared again.
So the good news is that if you really want your face on it, try to find what piece of equipement makes you bug remove or replace it and resync.
The bad news is that while doing that will allow you to have most of your equipement showing on the 3D puppet, it will make your stats all wrong.
So what I'm asking is : While a complete overhaul of the 3D system is probably going to take too long, would'nt it be possible in the mean time to just "no update" the portrait and 3D picture when the 3D system is not working for a given combinaison of stuff ?
Also would you need the help of a dev on you 3D system ? If so, you got my mail addy on my profile

Wow, I have the same problem and it also started after getting my Warlock T7 shoulders. I don't want to take them off and have the wrong stats show, though.
Edited to add: You can upload your own avatar by going to My Characters > Manage > Customize > Website.

I'm havin the same problem with my image and some of my hair styles don't match the actual character's hair style (Different color) and my char's face will not show up:
