Tried and retried still nothing is happening.

Hello and welcome to the Magelo boards, KelandraDrake!
A simple restart of Magelo Sync may help. If not, could you please open up the Magelo Sync log and let us know the contents? It would go a long way to letting us resolve the issue. To do that simply hit Ctrl + Shift + L while Magelo Sync is running, then copy and paste the contents of it here.
