I just patched our EverQuest game module to hopefully fix our sync issue. Please let me know how it goes.
Also there was a connectivity issue from time to time where Magelo Sync could not connect to its server, the issue has been identified and fixed as well.

Captured the HTTP conversation with Wireshark, looks like the client's attempt to authenticate (POST /remoting/vg HTTP/1.1) gets a 404 Not Found error back from your webserver.

In addition to Lenadebi's notes about the 404, as a possible related note, the link to start sync from the everquest characters page ( http://eq.magelo.com/characters.jspa ) also fails:
It redirects you here : http://eq.magelo.com/mu/magelo-update.jnlp
But there is the following error:
Whoops ! It seems the document you were looking for does not exist or never existed.
Please check the address you entered in your browser, maybe you mispelled the address.
If you think this error is due to a bug go to the forums to get some help.
I do not know if this may be related to the Magelo Sync issue I am experiencing which does not allow login. (I have posted information on this on the Bug Report forum, but my error log looks extremely similar to the above error log

Yep, went to sync for WoW and got the same issue. Can't get past login. No error messages, no behavior at all.

Nope not fixed i can sync a ungeared alt np but cant sync my main Fragtar at all i posted the codes on my other post for you

Not fixed for me either. Getting a pop up box Unable to retrieve character's status, but at least I can log in now.
