My character is not being detected while I am logged on so I can sync.

Hi Theophanu, can you try restarting Magelo Sync? It should e able to detect your character once you have done that. If not, would you mind hitting Ctrl+Shit+L to open up the Magelo Sync log and letting us know the contents of the log please?
