OK so i have been looking at my toons for upgrading but i kept seeing additional windows when mousing over slot items until i realized that i had a toon listed in the web bar at the bottom of the screen. this was confusing me as to why it was saying that 2 items were currently equipped and one was items from a different toon. after i figured this out and cleared the web bar it was much better.
i don't recall seeing anything about this issue but figured i would bring it up so if others came across this they would understand to unselect the toon listed in the web bar to remove the second currently equipped window. not sure if this is a bug or a feature

Thanks Usul! You absolutely right, the character selected from the web bar should be ignored when you are in the Gear Planner. We will fix that soon!
