I don't know if anyone else is seeing a similar issue with their Media manager.
The normal file uploading process:
1. select file from your computer and click OK to upload
2. wait for file to finish uploading
3. view, rename, delete, use with magelo profile, etc...
The issue is with step 2: the progress meter does not appear while the file is being uploaded. So, thinking the manager is broken, I close the manager window, reopen it, and re-upload the file. However, the previous file is still being uploaded while the manager window is closed, so now I have two copies of the same file.
I have reproduced this bug with both MP3 and picture files.

I tried with FF 7.0.1 and I had no issue.
Is the file you try to upload bigger than 10mb? If that's the case, we found the issue 
At the moment the media manager cannot upload files bigger than 10mb. Could you try with a small file, just to see if the issue is still there please?

All the files I tried are less than 10MB.

Ok, if you don't mind could you send me an email with the media you are trying to add? I don't find any issue right now and I tried different media so it will be more easy to test. You can use the email address support@magelo.com.

Don't know why the upload progress counter isn't showing on my end, as it was working properly before I updated Firefox from 6.0.2 to 7.0.1. Guess I'll have to be careful with my media manager 
You can close this thread for the time being.
