Hi all, I'm trying to use Magelo sync for the first time in a very long time. I'm stuck on "Magelo sync is trying to detect your currently logged in character, please wait." It's showing her zone under the related tab, however, the sync button never appears. The log has a lot of java errors. I'm running Java 6 update 27 on 64 bit Win 7. The only other weird thing I can think of is that my EQ folder is not in Program Files as it would be with a typical install. Any advice is much appreciated.

When you run MageloSync, are you <right-click>ing the shortcut and choosing <Run as Adminstrator>? I have seen a few people have this problem and it was that simple. I hope that is your case.

I close this topic as Ceara01 synchronized his character recently, so I guess there is no issue anymore.
