I just got premium this morning and i been trying to log on im toons to sync them but my characters are not comming up its showing me there name and zones but nothing else

Just patched Magelo Sync with a lot of fixes, can you please let me know if you still have the issue ? If so, please do provide Magelo Sync log to help us pinpoint the problem quickly, thanks !
