after trying over and over the gear isn't proporly showing. the character is telladen. I've used sync over and over but it's not working. can you help?

What did you do after syncing? You have to click either your character's name for it's profile or the box to its right to call up it's gear listing...

Hello Kaveman16,
Your Premium subscription ended few days ago so you synchronized only the ID of your character telladen when you used Magelo Sync. You should have received an email to inform you about the upcoming end of your premium subscription. If not, could you please validate we still have a valid email address as you registered many years ago
