my character is still missing her hair/helm in my sig...I've tried resyncing but to no avail...please help:

Hi Cantara,
Please log into your account on the website, go to My characters > Manage > Customize > Profile, then select the checkboxes for helmet as you would like. Click "Save" to finalize the changes and your profile will have the helmet displayed in its 3D model.

It's not fixed, I just made a clean install of Magelo and updated my character - stats and info is corretc but the model shows me weating items from before a couple of months, no helmet, hair, and the textures are messed up.

Hi puppy83 and welcome to the boards!
From what I understand, it's an error with textures and the cache in the 3D engine. I've forwarded this matter to the team and will inform you all as soon as we have any updates on it.

Hi Seanroxs, I'm able to see it properly now though - can you please try to force a refresh on your browser displaying the signature? You can do this by pressing either Ctrl + F5 or Ctrl + R depending on the browser you are using.
Please do not hesitate to let me know if you are still having trouble with this feature!

Really sorry TadpoleSquishy! The 4.0.1 bring also some changes in the characters 3D model and we need to update few things on our side. I add this issue to the known issue thread available here : Pre-Cataclysm Patch 4.0.1 known issues
We will keep you posted!
