Just giving mine a try...and no, he doesn't have a hook nose, like on the signature! Or do we really need to Duel.

Hi Ferale and welcome to the Magelo board,
We encountered some issue with the 3D model for Death Knight. Some players don't have the face of their character on their signature and profile and you all the character is missing... sorry for that.
We will work on this issue ASAP. I will get back to you soon.
