Hi there. It seems this problem of 3D models not updating to the proper gear is more than just a little thing. I've tried to sync my accounts several times, but the model dosen't change. The gear on equipment display updates but my chest and gloves don't change. It's also not displaying my belt.
Anything I can do to get it fixed?

I've the same problem with my characters. My 3D models no longer update to match the gear I have equipped currently. I have tried to sync again and again many times in the last couple of weeks.
Same problem with talents and many statistics, only the character's level is correct.

I have another funny bug. My gender changes occasionally, but I haven't actually changed the gender of my character. I think it has something to do with using my Iron Boot Flask (which changes the gender flag of your character to male) and then syncing (since Magelo Sync is running while I play and I have it set to automatically sync). I can't get the gender to change back though, after syncing and resaving my signature settings several times.
If it's helpful, this is what my main profile should look like and what my signature should refer to, including the proper gender: http://wow.magelo.com/profile/1706255/476834 (I got this URL by clicking on my shadow spec in the character management area.)

Hi kmc4637,
It is because of the Iron Boot Flask - Magelo Sync has to recognize the various spells that affect your character appearance to generate the 3D model. Your character 3D model seems to be updated properly now, though - I see the female NE in both your main and alt profile. Any appearance changing items/conditions such as Orb of Deception, Noggenfogger Elixir, or teleporter malfunctions may have an effect on how your 3D model is shown in your Magelo profile.
Just as a tip - you can access your alternate profile if you click on the green arrow in the mail page of your profile next to the talents, below the stats.

I'm not sure this is the place to post it & I think you may already know, but for some reason the 3D rendering of my worgen character is much smaller than my other characters. it shows the entire character in stead of a headshot:
