Sync goes through fine every time but when I go to look at my profile it says System error. Been going on for over a week. Profile: http://eq.magelo.com/profile/1420456

The issue has been fixed. Really sorry it took so long... We usually handle those kind of issue quickly and I am sorry to realize we forgot yours. I granted your account 1 month premium to apologize. You can right now automatically fully sync your character and access other premium services.
