"My characters" takes you to the downlad page for sync (I already have) but will not go to the character manual edit page.

Hello ThalliusTrueheart,
You need to be logged on Magelo to access your characters page, otherwise we show you a page that introduce our services and help you get started downloading Magelo Sync.
So start to login (from the top right link on the website) and then go to My characters (from the left menu link).
