I have the auto-sync and for some reason my group AAs do not sync. I have them all but it shows I am missing some on my magelo. Is there a way to fix that?

Hi Starrla,
This is a known issue since Rain of Fear patch. I didnt bother to look into it as EQ devs stated they will remove both group and raid AAs fairly soon.
If they dont do it quickly, I will take a look soon and fix this issue.
