Same as others, characters aren't being detected so can't sync up. Reporting through forums as it says.

kind of lame guys, you give a 10 day free trial and your stuff dont work? how am I supposed find it worth it to pay for the service?

Magelo Sync has just been patched. Took longer than usual and as a result, we granted 4 extra days to all our premium users. For the test server status, please have a look this this topic
