I paid 9-27, it was authorized either 9-30 or 10-1, and I sync but its not updating my character. Its gone thru my bank so you have been paid..whats the delay in getting sync to actually work again?

Hi Tugarol,
Usually your account is upgraded automatically once we have received your payment. A little glitch happened a few days ago which explain why your account was not upgraded as it should has been. I have fixed your account and everything should be back to normal.
