I started a new premium account, and with the everquest patch this morning I now cannot get sync to work. It says magelo sync will update soon when is soon?!?

We usually update Magelo Sync in one business day for minor changes, like the one applied with this game patch. So no worries, Magelo Sync should be back in few hours.

Ok I understand, I am still getting the same message. I read that magelo patch has went thru so why am I not able to use it yet?

I can see your characters have been updated on June 20, so do you still have any issue? If yes, could you please try again and press 'ctrl + shift + L' (keeping the focus on Magelo Sync) when the error occurs. A window will open with the log of Magelo Sync. You can copy its content in your reply. Thanks

I subscribed to magelo today , after my 10 day free trial.
But sync doesn't work , after patch.
i did what you suggested above and got the following .

The game has been patched again on June 20 and we are working on the update of Magelo Sync. This is really unusual for EverQuest to be patched 2 times in the same week. We will let you know when Magelo Sync is available again!
