After reviewing a post on the sony forums https://forums.station.sony.com/eq/index.php?threads/jonas-parrot-aug-melee-classes.214957/page-3 It appears magelo rolls heroic stats into base stats which is incorrect. Looking at the magelo profile in the post http://eq.magelo.com/profile/1376127 and drilling down to modifiers > Strength; the top modifier line is the Flowing Etheric Shadowscale Coat* chest 80. There are 2 distinct values: normal Strength and Heroic Strength. The Heroic strength value is being added into normal strength which is incorrect. As seen in the screenshot it should be considered 2 different pots; 1 for normal (which heroic does not add) and heroic. I'm not sure if there is any easy way to limit the modifier section to display true base stats and omit heroic additions while keeping true to the caps in place; but I hope you will try.
