Each time there is a game patch we need to update Magelo sync.
We usually need 1 business day for simple hot fix and when it takes longer, we always compensate our premium members with extra time on their sub. This is the way it work since more than 10 years... So please be a little patient and Magelo sync will be back.

Hi jservice20,
On top of what loulina said I would also point out that Everquest patched 2 times in a row this week, on the 21th and then on the 23th, hence the somewhat longer downtime on our side.

have a new cultural raid aug in breastplate, new mask, new cloak, new pants and nothing is showing up after sync
