I cant sync to magelo it show " you have to launch world of Warcraft manually to allow magelo sync to lunch it next time " and I did I run it manually but still nothing change !!!! I am in CH server CH10 and my server name its 阿纳克洛斯 witch is not in your "my charactes" so I cant sync from software and I also cant add my character from your web please help

The fact that the WoW channel was closed made me feel very sorry, I used it for a long time with me reading wuxiaworld, I really liked them.
