I have updated (with sync) several times. My profile shows up, correct and current. The next day that profile gets "rolled back". I thought maybe it was an accident. Nope this is reoccurring issue. Several times this has happened. This is on your end. Why do you screw a paying customer?

Why do you mean by rolled back ? There is no such thing on Magelo... Once you synced your character, it's updated for good, you cant rollback...
