Seems some of your item database has become corrupted- Example, the entry for Iridescent Scales- only the final page has proper data, page 2 is somewhat usable, and page one is completely broken.

Ya I unfortunately patched a bad version that was live for like 3mn and 2 or 3 people did sync at the time ending up corrupting a few items.
The issue will be solved as soon as those items are synced again which should happen fairly soon.
