Past week or so when I’ve tried to load magelo to sync my toons the characters aren’t appearing. It will show which zone they are in but no characters appear to actually sync. I’ve let it sit idle for 10+ minutes and still nothing.

Can you please post your Magelo Sync log (CTRL+SHIFT+L) here, it should show us where the issue is. Thanks.
