On my one account, I had just updated Povar Jetan which shows Last update Dec 18, 2020 4:46 AM
but when I load Povar Smooshem right afterwards, Magelo Sync just gives me a blank look (though I suspect that Magelo Sync might just be ghosting me! [Call back humor]).
I even tried changing zones to the local neighborhood and the Guild Lobby along with camping and re-entering the game as well as closing and restarting the Magelo Sync program but alas, no change.
When I look at "My Characters" tab here on Magelo, it does show that Smooshem was Last update Jun 24, 2020 10:38 AM
Your assistance in this ghostly problem would be appreciated.

I assume you are referencing the magelo.log file in C:\Program Files\Magelo\Magelo Sync\ directory.
I tried to upload it twice but whether I attempt to [preview] or [submit] it, the website tells me that an error occurred and to let you know. Now you know!
I'll explain the file contents and attempt to break it up in case it errors because too much text has been submitted.
magelo.log is 213,169 bytes in length using 3,188 lines. The latest line is dated [2020-12-20 16:56:00] and the oldest line is dated [2020-12-22 12:27:04].
I have been in the process of going through all 9 accounts and updating all toons so that I'll have an inkling as to which toon has what item. As such, any information about the ghosted toon has been long gone.
I'll move magelo.log (and logs\error.log) temporarily to another folder, log in the toon that has difficulty so that those files should contain everything about Smooshem and try to post the new magelo.log file here. BRB

Thank you, Jelan, your fix worked perfectly: now MageloSync is on speaking terms with my toon Smooshem (perhaps reluctantly). Once again, your wotk on Magelo is appreciated.
