I have run Magelo Sync three times, and the game says it is successfully synced, date and time of Synced update. I go to the character and nothing has changed... Same gear and stats from a couple of months ago,

Hi minelder,
I have the feeling you tried to sync while you were not premium and therefore Magelo Sync did not sync your gear. I believe now that you are premium (Thanks for the support btw), your gear has been updated.
