i just redid my premium account bill . shows my character on ranking , but stil has old gear and willnot update when i synu. plz let me know what to do to get my toons up to date just paid the 30 bucks

I do not see any character under this account "Thunderfist1987".
Is there any chance you are logged under another account with Magelo Sync ?
