Bought the year membership today and was not given the extra 3 months. My sub was set to expire in July of 2025 and now its July of 2026. Today is the 15th and the banner is still there for the holiday special yet I didnt receive it.

I forgot to remove the banner in time and even thought you did your purchase right after the cutoff time, this is my fault and happy to grant you 3 extra months.
