Hi Lias !
thank you for this report, I'll a look into it. It should be fixed really soon.
The "Elunes" search is a bit more complicated The search is actually performed in English and at the time you tried, we had only a German version of it. Maybe we will (should?) offer a multi-lingual search, more on this, when we will open our translated database (no ETA yet)
Best regards

I see that magelo web pages and profiles all use UTF-8 encoding so that's a good start. For the search to work, surely all you need is form submission (search, etc) to also be UTF-8 (it might already be.. I did not check this) and for the database at the back end to use Unicode in the right places.? Or am i missing something, it being 2 AM and all?

Hi Lias !
the issue isn't due to character encoding as our database has a full unicode support. I saw we've an encoding problem with the forms, we will fix this
The search is performed using the user's language (for now, english only), if the database contains only the german version of an item, you'll not be able to find it by name
I checked this item, and for an unknown reason, we've the german, french and spanish version, but the english one is still missing. Maybe no english user did sync it, I'll have to investigate further
