i have 2 acounts on one acount have a lvl 80 monk and everything works right with that one on the other acount i have a lvl 78 cleric and when i hit the sync button it says ith has been synced and shows it 78 but when i come to web site it shows that she is still lvl 75 what do i need to do to get it to work?

Same Magelo is not updating levels or AA's for me atm.
