For casters, it is not counting the amount of +heal and regen that we get from things like spirit and intellect. It also doesn't count socket bonuses. So spell damage and healing is off by a few hundred points because of this.
I noted this problem was in the sticky, but the sticky didn't specifically note this part of the problem.
