On my 3D model of my Dwarf hunter my T5 shoulders (Rift Stalker Mantle) does not appear...
is this a known bug? if not i suggest you take a look at the problem

The 3D model is taken by Magelo Sync at random intervals. I'd suggest running Sync once more while you have the item equipped for a few minutes, log out and see if it changes. I've tried that before and it worked for me.
