We've just patched Magelo Sync on our side; it should now be able to detect characters and allow everyone to Sync. Thank you for your patience.

I removed everythign from my computer - reDL the sync and still does not work - says I do not have a cureent game running - which I do - any ideas on that?

winXP - it has worked before - not sure why not now. I deleted everythign again and when I try to reDL magelo sync I get an error saying it can't write the file. So now I did a search and found some magelo stuff still on my comp - trying to delete that now to reDL and now I get an error saying I do not have access to delete - wtf?
This is my comp - nobody else uses - never had that error before.
Here is the error log file pasted: deleted this because I think I figured it out.
I ended up rebooting the comp then was able to delete the remainder items on there and reDL the sync - appears good so far - working on it as I type this.

My game is going through the same thing.. keeps saying i do not have a game running right now. Although it finds my character and the zone he is in it still says he is unvailable any ideas?

I've deleted and reinstalled twice and am getting this error! I'm not even connecting to the magelo server.
The launcher was unable to connect to cdn.magelo.com If it is the first time this problem occurs, try running Magelo Sync once again. Go to www.magelo.com and check the forums for further help.

I get a magelo sync log in, which i never used to see. remember my password and log in automatically are green, and my correct user name is there i retyped my password several times (it is the same one as to log into this web page, right?). i dont get anything saying the password or anything is wrong, it just never moves from that screen to give me the sync. i uninstalled and reinstalled and rebooted. ideas?
