ya im playing wow and i alt tab out to try and sync my toon but it says that the game isnt running' and when i click on the window for it to load game nothing happens.
Ok now when i click on it it says i have to manually load game for it to do it next time ive done it 5 times and is still not working.

Hi lavinn,
Is it possible to copy and paste the Magelo Sync logs when this happens please? You can press Ctrl + Shift + L when Magelo Sync is active to open up the log.
We should be able to determine what has happened to prevent Sync from running correctly with the contents of the log.

Hi Toriax0,
If you are playing on the US/Oceanic server, magelo sync is currently disabled as we still have to patch to cope with the 3.3.5. We will patch Magelo Sync on Monday, in the meantime, you can use the armory import and sync your character with our client later on.
