stats on the character's profile page seems correct, but info on signature picture don't update for a few days; also, yesterday charcter's thumbnail became blank.

Hi Exenit,
We're looking into this issue. Can you let me know what info on the signature picture did not update please?
If you are unable to view the thumbnail portrait of your character in the signature, you can edit + save your signature to force its cache to refresh.

but stats are still different:

on the signature, resp.:
1. 18630
2. 21433
3. 2858
4. 721
5. 541
It seems that signature shows my old stats, before i changed some gear. I've tried resync, edited signature and saved - nothing changed.

I have the same problem, stats in my sig are way too old.
Sync-ed a few times, also edited&saved the sig a few times. No change.

It should be fixed now, would you mind re-Sync your characters and check if the signature updates with it please?

We fixed our cache issue last Friday about the signature, but some problems are still there for the statistics. We are sorry and we are working on it. We will keep you posted!

We have just applied another hotfix to correct the profile and signature errors - they should be working fine now.
