is this some issue with the w7 version of magelo? i checked with both ie8 and FF and none of the browsers will show a screenshot of the characters

Hi Lanceb,
Just double checking - are you still unable to view your character's 3D image in the profile? I would suggest a Ctrl + R or Ctrl + F5 first, and if that doesn't work, it will most likely be something to do with the Javascript settings/permissions in your browser.
