Hello, was using magelo since few days and it worked great so far... collected data and made sync on all my toons till yesterday...
Tonight sync started to not work at all... if I open it while ingame, the magelo window is empy and if i right-click on tray icon the "my Games" option is not available..
Opening the log file as found on the site this is what i get....

seems the sync try to connect somewhere without any success and can't figure out what;s changed for let it stop work (any kind of modification made on any of computer file)

Hi khoinoor
We had some temporary issue yesterday with our server and it is the reason why Magelo Sync didn't work correctly. Could you please try again today and tell us if the problems are still there?

nothing changed on the working of the sync... still have a blue empy page when I open the sync
There is maybe a new version to download or?
Another thing... on my main's signature page, I can't add 5th stat. I had Achievement point as 5th stat to be showed into the signature but due bad reading of the sync (it was showing 0 AP) I removed this stat, but now I am unable to add it back (the "add stat" link is no longer appearing at end of Signature edit page

Hi khoinoor,
I would recommand you to unintall and install again Magelo Sync from the website. it the problem still occur, don't hesitate to let us know.
About your signature customization, I can see without any issue the "Add stat" link after the 4 stats you already filled. I tried on FF3.6 and IE8, both show the link. What browser do you use?

I'll uninstall and reinstall again the sync and I'll let you know if the issue will be fixed.
About browser I use IE 8 that came with Windows 7 64bit. I can't see the "Add stat" link in both IE6 64 and 32 bit version

Hi Khoinoor,
Added the AP stat back to your signature again, but looking at your profile it appears that your Achievement points were not Synced properly. If you can re-Sync your character after following the suggestions from Loulina, you should be able to view the correct Achievement points obtained by your character.

Thanks for help, seemed troubles I had with sync made troubles with Achievement points gathering as well
I have made a fresh install again and now seems it works great.
Thanks also for the manual adding of last stat, still dunno why I was unable to do it by my own. Also strange because I had no troubles with any of my other 2 signatures

Hi,
I'm having the same issues with being unable to use the Sync tool.
I uninstalled Magelo and re-downloaded the install file, but when I attempt to run it, I get an error message which says "Error opening file for writing", so I am unable to even do a new install of the tool.

mhm, try to right-click on the installer and choose "Run as Administrator".
Most of OS require you do this to let you install an .exe file
