I downloaded the Magelo Sync and loaded the game and my character, Sync said it was waiting and I've been logged in for quite some time. Nothing happened. What should I do?

Hi kls8216, If you are playing on the US servers, please check this announcement. We will be patching Magelo Sync for it soon. Otherwise, would you mind providing the Magelo Sync log for your next session please? To do this, press Ctrl + Shift + L when Magelo Sync is active to open up the log, then copy and paste the contents into the bug report post. We should be able to pinpoint the source of the problem with it. Thank you!
