Hi there...I know you guys have been doing a ton of work to the site. I have three characters that have been stuck in the verification stage for 6+ hours now. They seem to update in the queue, but just as they get close (i.e. 1 or 2 in the queue), they jump back up to 14. This has been repeating for several hours now.
Any idea on when the verification stage will complete?
