Please post here the issues you are encountering with the Armory import method. If your character is stuck in the queue waiting to be imported or updated for example, let us know in this thread!
Thanks for your help 
Edit: The Armory Import is working on the outdated WoW Armory website given that the new Battle.net has no API to work with at the moment. They are still working on it and it should be available soon. So your issue may be simply caused by the instability of the old website but don't hesitate to still report it here and we will do our best to fix it, if we can.
Edit (8/26/11): The Armory Import is available again for all.
Edit (3/17/12): The Armory Import is momentarily not available. Your characters stay stuck in the queue. We are working on this issue.

Kirin Tor - Bornabe, Bordan, Guinton, Sedinton, Benaldor, Binoran... all stuck in the Queue, just upgraded to Premium. Waiting for the game to come up to try out the Magelo Sync to see if that'll get me updated.

Character has been stuck in que for about 7 hours now, so I'm assuming something went wrong. Character is Volvanos from Laughing Skull US. Thank you.

Hello wowtankcoolc,
The Armory was done yesterday and we couldn't update your characters during there downtime. We launched again our server when it was back but... it is down again  We are watching it so as soon as it is back we will be up again. Sorry about that but we are totally dependent of the Armory.
If you don't want to wait, you can still download Magelo Sync and use it to update your characters anytime you want.
I will get back to you anyway when it will be unblocked again on Magelo.
