If your character doesn't appear after a few seconds, let us know using the support forum.
No luck getting mine to sync

Hi Krinkle,
I saw your character Krinkle was correctly synchronized on May 25. Do you still have an issue?
If yes, could you please check that Magelo Sync is not blocked by your firewall or a proxy?
Then it's also better if you have Java 6 32bits installed on your computer. We need to update our system to fully support Java 7 so it can cause those kind of issues. It's on our to do!

I assume your issue has been fixed as your character was recently synchronized. So I update the status of this topic as "Fixed".
